Current Shed Restriction:
The current deed restriction states in section 17, (iii) and (iv) that sheds do not exceed the aggregate size of eighty (80) square feet on each lot and do not exceed a height of eight (8) feet above the ground level.
Proposed Shed Restriction Change:
Sheds do not exceed the aggregate size of 192 square feet on each lot and do not exceed a ceiling height of eight (8) feet excluding the peak.
Please note that 8 foot by 10 foot is 80 square feet and 12 foot by 16 foot is 192 square feet.
