The meeting started at 7:40 with 14 in attendance including the board members (the secretary could not attend).

 

The president give an overview of meeting agenda the high point of which was to introduce the treasurer to present the WMC financial report.

 

The treasurer read off the balances for the checking and savings accounts, invited inquiries and made members aware the all such information is viewable on the Wynthorpe website.

 

The treasurer also read the delinquent balances owed for assessments and indicated an attorney was being acquired to handle lien cases - post hence an attorney had been acquired and has begun to carry out such duties.

 

It was expected that officer Gladney would have been present to give a quick refresher about  the 'Block Watch' program function but a last minute priority issue prevented him from doing so. In his place Sandra Whye (Block watch captain) reviewed the program function and method of operation. She also detailed the current disbursement of participants and expressed the need for more volunteers. She reiterated the passiveness of the program and stressed the need to have the program in place by the end of spring including the erection of the block watch signs - post hence one sign has been received and installed in playground area.

 

Attendees were reminded that assessments were forth coming around March 20 th - post hence this too has been realized.

 

A member posed a question about ownership for trash collection on the route 9 stretch bordering entrance to Wynthorpe east. Rick offer to investigate - post hence Deldot took ownership and sent a crew out to clean up.
