       Treasury Report
      
                  Checking Account Bal - $30,929
                  Money Market Account Bal - $29,150

       Snow Removal
      
                  Expenses - $16,000 due to multiple unusual snow storms this past winter. Previous snow contract has been ended. Civic Association is in process of signing a new contract.  

       Civic Association Maintenance Fee
      
                   There are a number of community members that have not paid 2009 maintenance fee.
                   The County handles billing and late notices.
                   The County charges $6 per household for mailing and billing services.
                   2010 Maintenance fee was due 4/30/2010.  Payments received after that date will have a late fee.

       Block Watch Update
      
                    Review last police report - consisted of

                             17- alarm calls
                             2 - 911 disconnects
                             1 - abandoned vehicle
                             1 - assist other agency call
                             1 - burgulary call
                             1 - criminal mischief
                             3 - domestic disputes
                             1 - fraud
                             1 - miscellaneous investigation
                             3 - public relations

                     Several incidents were not reported to the New Castle County Police, therefore no official documentation was recorded.

                     THE PHONE NUMBER TO REPORT AN INCIDENT TO NCCPD IS 302-395-8050 AND STATE THAT YOU ARE PART OF THE WYNTHORPE NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH.  GIVE AS MANY DETAILS AS YOU CAN ABOUT THE INCIDENT.  
                     REMEMBER NEVER GET PERSONALLY INVOLVED.


        Amendment to Bylaws
          
                     Sheds - The process will continue of collecting the appropriate number of signatures to amend the Bylaws for Shed sizes.

       Community Events

                       There will be a suggestion box on the web site for community events.
